Vyrion Vision operates on a principle of data minimization. We collect essential telemetry and identity data via Google OAuth (Name, Email, UID) solely for session management and resource allocation. All metadata associated with AI inference is logged for system optimization and security auditing.
Images submitted for inference are processed in volatile memory (RAM) and are not persistently stored on our servers unless the user explicitly utilizes the "Save to History" feature. Transient data is purged post-inference to ensure maximum privacy for sensitive visual assets.
We employ enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is subject to regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to maintain a robust defense-in-depth posture.
The Platform integrates with industry-standard providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing and PCI-compliant financial handling.
• Cloud Infrastructure: High-performance GPU compute clusters.
These partners adhere to strict SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
In alignment with global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), users maintain full control over their personal data. Requests for data portability, account deletion, or processing restrictions can be initiated via the User Settings panel or by contacting our Privacy Officer.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as our technology and regulatory requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform's dashboard or registered email address.
