Billing Standard 2.4 • Effective April 27, 2026
Vyrion Vision operates on a high-cost GPU compute infrastructure. Credits represent a pre-allocation of these expensive resources. Once a credit is consumed via an AI inference task, the underlying compute cost is incurred immediately. Consequently, consumed credits are strictly non-refundable.
Users may terminate their subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, access to the current tier's features and any remaining monthly credit allocation will persist until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. Vyrion does not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Ad-hoc credit purchases are considered final at the time of transaction. These credits are immediately available for deployment across the Platform's AI suite and cannot be exchanged for currency once added to the user's ledger.
In the rare event of a documented system-wide failure or prolonged infrastructure outage that results in unsuccessful inference attempts, Vyrion Vision may, at its sole discretion, issue credit reimbursements to the affected user accounts. Such claims must be filed within 7 days of the incident.
Refund requests for unconsumed credits in exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental over-purchase or technical incompatibility) will be reviewed by our billing department on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee to cover transaction costs.
