By accessing Vyrion Vision (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Vyrion Vision AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our computer vision infrastructure, APIs, and associated services. Unauthorized use of this Platform is strictly prohibited.
Vyrion provides a high-performance compute environment for AI inference. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate service components to maintain infrastructure integrity or comply with evolving security protocols.
Platform entry is secured via Google OAuth verification. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all operations performed via their API keys. Any suspected breach of account security must be reported to our security operations center immediately.
Resource consumption is governed by a proprietary credit system. Each AI task (Detection, OCR, Segmentation) carries a specific credit weight. Usage is monitored in real-time, and service availability is contingent upon maintaining a positive credit balance associated with your service tier.
Vyrion Vision retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Platform's architecture, trained weights, and proprietary algorithms. Users retain exclusive ownership of the data and imagery submitted for processing. By using the Platform, you grant Vyrion a transient license to process said data solely for the purpose of delivering inference results.
Users shall not: (i) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract model weights; (ii) Utilize the API for high-frequency automated scraping without explicit Scale-tier authorization; (iii) Submit data that violates international privacy laws or contains illicit material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrion Vision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from Platform downtime or inference inaccuracies.
